More than 200-400 grams of protein a day can make hard for the liver to convert excess nitrogen to urea which is a waste product thus leading to side-effects like diarrhea and nausea. 

Protein rich diet my include eggs, legumes, guava, peas, chickpea, quinoa seed(vegan protein), cottage cheese, almonds, cow's milk
