It is high time we have been struggling past experiences and effecting our present and hampering the future profits. The concept of mental health is a sold as human evolution. It has been researched by experts and psychologists that, "a mentally healthy person is one who has balanced personality, free from schism and inconsistencies, emotional and nervous tensions, discord and conflicts, a well adjusted person can deal with his potentialities as well as he can accept his limitations".
Experiences may have led us in a trauma, making it hard for us to face this harsh and ever changing world. It is now our turn to #endthestigma and create awareness to finish off international conflicts, social and economic trauma, mental harassments, awakening to understand mental disorders. developmental disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, autism and much more which is faced in this changing scenario of mental distortion. 


There are notable impacts on health, major social and human rights, economic consequences and many other fields of growth and economic wellness due to ill mental health and hygiene. The youth nowadays have a very different intellectual outgrowth and development forecasted in their behavior for the outside world. There is lack of proper counselling and guidance to them in this digital tracking world. A quick session Question Persuade Refer (QPR) is much needed for a deep intellectual growth, professional care, positive thoughts, and skills to identify the warning signs or risks of suicides. A lot of efforts are needed to be made so as to connect with the young minds and fight against mental crisis to gain mental health. 

"Mental Illness is any display of unhealthy behaviour, thoughts, emotions, actions or words by the individual, thus affecting social bonds." 
There are emotional setback which you might have faced in an unsuccessful relation, personal conflicts, divorce, unhealthy marriage, broken marriage, family disputes or unhealthy social environment near your house. These emotional setbacks make us exhibit weak emotions, quarrelling nature, unhealthy cognitive interaction and behaviour often referred to be leading cause for depressions . This deeply flaunts need to awaken for a healthy mental hygiene to gather healthy social and emotional living. 
The intellectual growth in the youth gets deeply haunted due to this kind of unhealthy mental hygiene which abrupt their behaviour towards family members, peer group, teachers, neighbours and many other social agents. The same problem also gets exhibited while giving political thoughts and selections. The professional setbacks create a venture of economical and mental setback which also trigger unhealthy mental health and actions. The weak state of mind create provocations towards crime and suicidal tendencies. This also at times develops threats, warnings or feeling of revenge on social, political, relative or professional background at personal, national or global level. This same mental disturbance hampers individual's mind at such a level that it also creates anti-social elements and activities which hamper international peace thus internally affecting lives and property. 
These mental setbacks triggers suicidal tendencies in individual which the world have witnessed many times in various forms and unbelieving consequences. 

There is an urgent need for mental healthcare which should be suggested by health counsellors and experts. We should refer to health advisors and indulge in positive activities for healthy mind. There is need to address and tackle the situation to avoid any sort of chaos or action by the person suffering mental health problems. Considering an example ,there are at times gestational mental disorders and problems which might effect the mental health of children and parents as well. This could even provoke suicides or infanticidal issues, which needs to be identified early and sorted out with best care and guidance. 
A need to guide and indulge in positive activities by exposing mind towards leisure activities, new people, environment, beliefs, developing extra skills for growth and development, travelling, sharing thoughts and ideas and much more on suggestions and expert guidance.  A regular check-up plan should be made to give pace to the changes and new beliefs. This might help motivate the individual to live life cheerfully and be happy. A healthy diet, exercise, dance, walk or yoga play a soothing role to reduce stress and combat to bring upon changes for a healthy being.

Considering an example of effect of this type of lifestyle habit can be a family following a pattern of getting up early, following cleanliness habits and adopting a pattern of intaking healthy breakfast will definitely display a different mental hygiene and health compared to the one who follows a sleeping pattern of 12 hours and then avoiding or skipping a meal with unhealthy lifestyle practices. 
Atharva Veda says that mentally ill personality consists of three gunas or characteristics : Satya, Rajas and Tamas. The imbalance of these gunas causes mental disorder.
