YOUR LIFESTYLE MAY KILL YOU !

We are so much into whatever we are doing and busy with our daily bread earning that we have somewhere left our precious health behind in the race of living a lifestyle which will bring no gold to us.
Welcome all to the myth debunked about lifestyle diseases being genetic and can't be cured.
Yes, you read it right that lifestyle diseases whch are quoted as hereditary or genetic commonly by all can be reversed and even prevented before hand.

The inherited diseases or genetic disorders are caused maybe by mutation in certain genes or chromosomes passed from parents to offsprings for certain traits. The single gene disorder like sickle cell anaemia, phenylketonuria, muscular dystrophy, Hunginton's diseases are all inherited from parents in a certain way.
The autoimmune diseases are also not under our control and effect our health badly thus impacting our normal life. In this case the immune system mistakenly damages healthy cells in our body and thus refered as auto-immune diseases. The body's defense system is unable to differentiate between own cells and foreign cells.
Rhematoid arthitis, psoriasis, lupus, celiac diseases, multiple scelerosis, Ankylosing spondylitis, type-1 diabetes, thyrois, vasculitis, Grane's diseases, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, CIDP,and many more lie under autoimmune diseases. Certain drugs or medications may trigger auto immune disease at times as a reaction.
Autoimmunity is traditionally associated with developed western countries and higher rates in industrial regions of northern Europe and north America. Approximately (5-10) % of industrial population suffer from autoimmune diseases.
Autoimmune diseases have very commonly faced symptoms and we are usually unable to differentiate between how we are effected and by what. The joints might show pain, muscle pain, muscle weakness and inflammation. The digestive tract may show food sensitivity, thus cause bloating, acid reflux and nausea. The skin usually become dry and itches thus displaying rashes. The nervous sytem also becomes hyper and results in headaches, anxiety, depression, migraines, numbness and even insomnia. The other problems faced in such cases of autoimmunity we may face hairloss, fatigue, fever, swollen glands, shortness of breath. The excessive weight gain and left uncontrolled may also become a risk factor.

In this race of genetic diseases and autoimmune disease we have somewhere left the lifestyle disease behind which is associated with way a person or group of people live. They are non communicable and preventable, curable and even reversable.
The daily activities like smoking, alcohol consumption, physical inactivity, unhealthy diet, smoking tobacco, too much of exercise, excessive amounts of dairy products, vegetable oil, excessive frozen meat, sugary food and beverage; hamper our health becoming the main caue of lifestyle diseases.
There are various behavioral factors also which deeply effect our life and become a cause of lifestyle diseases. Unemployment, unsafe life, poor social life and environment, occupational stress and too much mental trauma also lead to various lifetsyle diseaese. The rise in stress and trauma leads to conditions like hypertension and rise in cholestrol levels. Thus proving that these lifestyle diseases like diabetes (Type-II), hypertension, CAD, stroke maybe genetic. It is just that the way of lifestyle followed by your parents might be same as followed by. The easting habits, the choice of oil and even the schedules of daily basis may be same and rather than improving for betterment you must have also fallen in the race of running behind something which would ultimately give rise to health issues and win no gold in the future otherwise. Heart diseases, stroke, CRD, cancer, hypetension, Alzheimer disease, metabolic syndrome, colon cancer, premture mortality, colitis irritable bowel syndrome, chronic kidney failure, osteoporosis, PCOD, vascular dementia and much more all lie under the lifestyle diseses which we have invited ourselves.

A minute change in the lifestyle habits, diet, schedules, behaviour may bring big changes towards betterment of our health. Self discipline is utmost important for a healthy living and a diseases free life.
