Working Woman : Challenging Challenges Each Day !


It has been a sad age old tradition for all woman on global level that household work has been separated on basis of gender and women suffer this biasness everytime. It is the woman's body which actually faces challenges and she continuosly challenges theses challenge everyday everywhere and go through many life long problems at a very early age of her life span. The women eho prefer to work and take care of her family are the ones who suffer to maximum extent and still given a very less privilege to whatever she does extra nd just told that whatever she is doing she is doing at her own choice. 

Well, getting emotionally demoralised  begins at her home. When we experience something stressful, the hypothalamus releases a hormone called corticotropin releasing hormone (CRH) which signals the pituitary gland to secrete a hormone adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) in the blood stream. ACTH exhibit an opposite effect on extinction of conditioned behavior and also stimulates the adrenal cortex and release of cortisol displaying the stress response. It over all thus produces a negative response of the woman towards the emotions and thus displays a negative display and make people around her feel the woman to be arrogant and un cultured even. The real fact is she is already fighting so much inside her that all of that overflows but is not calm down by anyone. So it becomes essential to understand what the women goes through while handling so much of stress in and out and must be counselled from time to time in more affectionate manner. 

The stress and challenges faced by the woman also creates different sleep patterns and timings which ultimately become a cause of sleep disturbance  for the working women. The women gets so busy in handling and managing the work life and family responsibilities to so much of perfect extent that she forgets that she has a body too; which totally and equally requires love, attention and care to be healthy and work smoothly. It is essential for working women to shut down the distractions just before they need to sleep and go to sleep peacefully to let their body gain the energy it requires for the next day. Eating dinner three hours prior  to going to bed may help to achieve the health target easily. Try to follow a sleep routine and avoid caffeine intake before bed. Avoid tea or coffee after dinner if you need to get up early and also need to attain a good night sleep. 

At times the working women are newly married and often required by some families top start their motherhood as soon as they get married but the stress and lack of good sleep also tends to  promote  pregnancy delays  in them thus making them face emotional and mental harassment thus increasing their stress hormone again. So, it is important fo them also to help themselves with a good sleep routine for healthy conceive.
Monitor a fertile window and perform your sex practice with you partner and sleep well after that. Try the missionary position during the intercourse for better result. Try to eat seasonal fruits for sure for healthy body and conceive. 

The unhealthy lifestyle also leads to nutritional deficiency since the woking women tend either to "eat nothing for long hours" or eat "unhealthy whatever" they get. Often due to this reason the women body doesn't recieve adequate amount of nutrients required by the body often display vitamin and calcium deficiency by the age they reach 35. They often miss out on eating healthy roughage or fibre rich food or protein rich food source during their working hours. Instead of unhealthy snacking try to add healthy fruit or vegetable salad for snacking and avoid too much of tea or coffee during your working hours.  Add more of roughage and fibre along with protein during the day hours. Try to spend some time outdoors in sunlight to make your skin exposure to the sunlight too instead of spending all your precious time indoors in the air conditioners. Nutritional deficiency for vitamin D or B12 often lead to poor hair quality , anemia, PCOs, menstrual pain and cramps along with irregular periods. Add smaller meals with healthy option planned prior to the day you want to carry them. Prior planning helps to save budget and prevents unhealthy intake of snacks which can cause bloating or obesity in the long run. 
The daily working hours are at times so hectic that it also leads to lifestyle diseases or occupational diseases also. Tight fitted clothes worn for official requirements or tight jeans, heavy make-up and high heels too, for long hours are also responsible to cause joint pain, muscle aches, angina, skin issues, acne, pimples & allergies. Theses upstyling could not be possibly avoided at time but what can try to add is taking care of your teeth which promotes and helps start of digestion after chewing food you eat during your official hours, especially.  Try to carry extra pair of flats and add walk time to reach your destination in certain cases. Walk keeps your legs strong by giving a mild work out to your bones and muscles during the walking process. 
Every woman is special and indeed it requires your precious minutes form the whole day to give her some care, pamper and love to make her realise how special she is and how much you owe to her body for all that she does for you and the people around you. So help creating an environment of care, love and health for all the women around you whether working at official place or those working at home.
