If doubt, let us take five seconds to think about. 
one, two, three, four, five.... got it right....
 
Drinking fluids every single hour is also a matter of challenge for all. There is a must need to keep your body hydrated every single hour you are working.
Well, a question may arise from my statement that why is it so important to maintain the level of fluids in our body?

The fact being simple to hear but equally important as breathing is essential for living. 
The brain activity becomes strong, sharpens memory and thereby keeps our motivation intact. 
It improves and stabilizes mood. A good mood is a way to a good performance. Thus being hydrated can also form a bridge to improve physical performance of your body
You must have experienced, sitting in an exam continuously tires your eyes and mind. It so happens that when youdrink water you feel a bit relaxed and tend to gear up yourself to work even faster. Thus intake of fluids charges up brain activity

Drinking fluids in one or the other form also help to prevent  dry mouth, which might have caused cavities and bad breathe, Circulatory system works at its best with the flow of fluids and thus we are safe from any cardiovascular disorders. Drinking enough fluids and being hydrated aids in healthy joint & muscle function. 

Your skin is a boon to your body for sure but a healthy skin can only be felt with enough of the fluid intake. No matter what the color of the skin maybe but most importantly it needs to be clear.  Fluid intake is best remedy for any skin problem faced, likewise, scaly lesions, pimples, acne, roughness, dryness and what not. 
Feel beautiful and gain confidence with proper maintenance of fluid level in your body and try to stay hydrated as much possible.

Toxins of your body also need a flush out
regularly to stay fit and healthy. the kidneys work continuously for the same purpose. Maintaining kidney health and functioning is also promoted with proper fluid intake thereby maintaining the filtration process.  
Headaches are often a matter of concern for everyone as you become almost helpless during the hours you experience it. It hardly matter whether the headache is from migraine or dehydration suffered. But, yes you definitely have solution towards the same. You must have taken coffee or tea to overcome the headache and splash it away with the hotness of the caffeine rich drink. 
A patient suffering from hypertension actually needs a support to understand the emotional changes moving inside. Yes, the solution lies behind a cool healthy drink to ease out the high pressure faced. 
Many more like maintaining body temperature, promoting weight loss, ease out heartburn, overcome fainting and nausea, preventing dehydration, so on and so forth the list continues. 
The mos preferred ways can be just drinking water or you must have over a famous phrase used, "drink eight litres of water everyday".  Is it enough or is it actually possible for you to spend five minutes in the washroom after every hour during work? 

You have other options for sure. 

SOUPS
 Trying soups according to wish, mood or taste can be a healthy option. Tomato soup, sweet corn soup, vegetable soup, mushroom soup, hot & sour soup and any which you may like. 

JUICES 
Mixed juice, vegetable juice, apple juice, guava juice, litchi juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, pomegranate juice, cranberry juice are good choices of juices to try out, especially during hot and dry weather. 
COCONUT WATER & LEMON WATER/JUICE can also be a fantastic option in such times to stay hydrated. 

FRUITS
The juicy fruits are always a good option to fill your tummy, soothe out taste buds and also stay hydrated. You may try out melons like watermelon, berries such as strawberry, cranberry, blue berry, raspberry, mulberry. 
Peaches can also be a good option to try when you get into mood to have some. 

SALADS
Including tomatoes, onions, lettuce, cucumber have also encouraged the body to be hydrated during the day time. 

SMOOTHIES and SHAKES are best to ease out the throat during a hot day or party around with colleagues. 
The most favorite of all may include tea, coffee, green tea, skimmed milk or low fat milk which may or may not be your favorite, but yes, it surely lets you stay hydrated. 

So select your favorite way to stay hydrated.
