The most beautiful phase of life comes when we start planning to welcome a stranger to become the core of our heart forever.

It all begins with a healthy body, a peaceful mind and a happy heart, all together working for the same. 

A regular ovulation, in human females, and healthy sperm count, in human male, is the foremost requirement for a normal and healthy fertilization. Luck knocks door to be welcomed by all. At times we have to become the reason to welcome luck to knock by building doors. 

Following a healthy lifestyle and managing our diet, we can for sure be prepared for a healthy gestation period and enjoy parenthood. 

Most importantly we need to maintain the insulin level of our body for a healthy ovulation period and fight insulin resistance in our body. Our pancreas releases out insulin which helps to absorb glucose in the body cells from the bloodstream. When the glucose is not not absorbed properly the there is over amount of insulin in bloodstream, since pancreas is busy releasing insulin for glucose absorption. This high amount of insulin resistance prevent or disturbs ovulation and hamper menstrual cycle in human females. Thus there is also a peak rise in sugar level in bloodstream as we commonly say. Maintaining the sugar level is equally important for human male as well. The problem of low sperm count is very prominently observed nowadays in people due to over stressed and unhealthy lifestyle followed by all. 

Such lifestyle can be avoided today to be ready and welcome the good news in family. 
Cut down on trans-fat as it creates insulin resistance in body and may disturb the ovulatory phase in human female. The over baked, fried or heavy fat diet like fries can be included in trans-fat which involves over heating and cooking. Use of same oil again and again for frying which was left over after one use can also be included in trans-fat. 

Quit on alcohol, drugs, cigarette smoking and other such sugar and nicotine sources may also help to manage the sperm count and regulate mood to promote a healthy reproductive life.

more vegetables to your diet. Going vegan is also sometimes considered a good idea to maintain a fertile period
Vegan diet with plant proteins added to your diet may definitely help to compete this race for birth and bring you happiness. Beans, peas, chickpeas (white chhole), kidney beans (rajma) soybeans, peanuts, walnut, seeds (flax seeds, chia seeds), pulses ( all dals); all of which are also rich in folic acid  can be included in our diet.
All dark green leafy vegetables contain folic acid and lot of iron which also aids for healthy reproductive phase. Broccoli and spinach are good options as well. 

High fat dairy products are also good source to promote healthy ovulatory phase and welcome parenthood. Yogurt preferably is a good option to increase sperm count rapidly. Vitamin-D enhanced milk, walnuts, oranges, banana, nuts, seeds can prove to be good options for solving the purpose of sperm count along with all mentioned above. 
Ashwagandha in some or the other form may help out as well. 
Eggs can be an option too if you feel to eat it comfortably. 
Use of olive oil can also be great idea, if not going economic. 
Staying hydrated has always been the best way to prevent any mishandling with your health and enjoy disease free well being. 

Multivitamin on advise from dietitian, gynecologist or physician can also aid up to parenthood. 
Managing body weight, avoiding packaged or processed food, artificial sweeteners and giving up stress can be considered best steps which you can take to start and maintain a healthy reproductive life.
