DIABETES : A Checkbook of Worries !


A frequent disturbance by urge to urinate is always disturbing especially when you are sleeping or in the middle of an important meeting. The prolonged wish to reduce weight instantly becomes a tragic change occurring in the body by itself. Excessive urination may even lead to bed wetting in severe cases. S very fast heart rate, infections are common, insomnia, weight loss, vision problems, nausea, thirst, hunger all indicate the prevalence of Type-I diabetes in an individual.  The genetic factors, age, family diabetic history act as a trigger factor for this type of diabetes. This type of diabetes is not curable. The Type-II diabetes the body of an individual resists insulin which means it doesn't uses insulin. The conditions can be reversed in the case of Type-II diabetes to a point where no medicines are required but there is risk for developing foot problems, eye and kidney problems or developing heart disease, even hypertension. 


The most commonly observed severe case of foot infection includes gangrene because the high blood sugar levels associated with the condition can damage nerves especially those of the feet making it easy to injure yourself with possibly realizing it. A red, purple or black skin in the affected area with either severe pain or loss of sensation along with foul smelling pus produced form blisters in the affected area indicates a foot affected by gangrene. This can be treated before the tissues damage and prevented from any further loss from the gangrene foot affected due to diabetes. Internal gangrene in appendix or colon gives u a belly pain which requires a severe emergency care and surgery. 



Eating right and a healthy diet on a regular basis can help reverse the condition and maintain a comfortable life. 
People suffering form Type-II diabetes should possibly opt for more fruits than fruit juice and make themselves more comfortable with vegetable juices instead. Fruits like berries, peaches, melons, oranges, apples are considered good for diabetic patients. These individuals should also try to keep in touch with seed choices as well and opt for pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and flax seeds. The selection of nuts like walnuts and almonds can be a good option too. When its time for cooking then we probably want something tasty but in this case health is prior to all so try opting for olive oil or sunflower oil. Vegetables like bottle gourds, snake gourd, cucumber, leafy green, carrot, cucumber, peas, bell pepper, capsicum, mushroom all go good for conditions such as Type-II diabetes. 


Life also includes few limitations of food material while we suffer from inevitable diseases at times. The certain trans fat, the ones which are solid state even at room temperature, should be avoided to maximum extent. Whole milk, butter, candy, cookies, baked products, fried food, processed food, pastries, cream, donuts, cake, biscuits, cupcakes, double fired food items, chocolate, chocolate spreads and many more of such type should be avoided to lead a comfortable life even in diabetic conditions. 

 
There are certain lifestyle changes which should be adopted for a healthy well being and control diabetes. Try opting for light exercises, hobby activities, play time, swimming, jogging, meditation, yoga and maintaining body weight. A healthy lifestyle habit also includes getting proper sleep and avoiding unnecessary stress.-Sitting or standing for too long at a place should also be avoided for making a healthy habit. Try to skip cravings for unhealthy junkies by opting other activities or eating fruits healthy snack kept available prior for health benefit.
